COURSE MAPS

Your guide to the swim, bike, run, transition areas, and the finish line!

SWIM

Athletes start the triathlon in the pool, and start when they want. Timing will start when they start.

  • Junior and Adaptive athletes will swim 3 lengths (75 yards)

  • Senior athletes will swim 6 lengths (150 yards)

Transition to Bike

After the swim, athletes will enter the transition area where they will find their bike, put on their helmet, and start to bike!

Athletes will enter one side of the transition area and exit on the opposite side.

Bike

The bike course is an out-and-back style, with volunteers posted along the course.

  • Junior and Adaptive athletes will complete one lap (1 mile)

  • Senior athletes will complete 2 laps (2 miles)

Transition to Run

After the bike, athletes will enter the transition area where they will park thier bike, and start the run!

Athletes will enter one side of the transition area and exit on the opposite side.

Run

The run course is an out-and-back style, with volunteers posted along the course. All athletes complete a single lap, with the Seniors running a longer distance.

  • Junior and Adaptive athletes will run 1/2 mile

  • Senior athletes will run 1 mile

Finish Line Celebration

CHEER THEM ON
Celebrate every athlete as they cross the finish line!

Free food and drinks for athletes at the finish area.

Award ceremony following the last finish.
